Manchester United have completed the signing of 16-year-old striker Alejandro Garnacho from Atletico Madrid.
The MEN understands United have agreed a deal with Atletico and Garnacho will arrive from Spain later this week.
The teenager will have to quarantine for 14 days.
The MEN reported last week the United academy were working on more signings ahead of the new season and Garnacho is their third Spanish acquisition of the summer after Marc Jurado from Barcelona and Alvaro Fernandez from Real Madrid.
Jurado, 16, and Fernandez, 17, arrived in Manchester from Spain last month and have been quarantining. United are yet to formally confirm the signing of the duo.
Players require clearance from both relevant football associations before a transfer is ratified and United have received complete clearance for Fernandez but still awaiting it from the Football Association for Jurado, who has had the sign-off from the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
