Both Manchester City and Premier League rival Liverpool has been fined by UEFA over incident that occur at their stadium in recent European Matches.
Liverpool were fined 10,000 euros (£8,500) for “field invasion by spectators” after a couple of fans ran onto the pitch both during and at the end of their Champions League game at home to Red Bull Salzburg.
Manchester City on the other end were ordered to pay 15,750 euros (£13,500) after their fans were ruled to have been guilty of throwing objects, specifically seats torn out by Dinamo Zagreb supporters who them hurled them into the home section in the 2-0 defeat at the Etihad Stadium.
Salzburg were fined 3,250 euros (£2,700) for their supporters throwing objects in the 4-3 defeat at Anfield.
Both Premier League Giants will be hoping to control their fans so as not to play their home matches behind closed doors
